Aaron Chatterley - Indu

Aaron co-Founded beauty retailer feelunique in 2005. He led a partial sale of the business to Private Equity in 2012, and in September 2021 sold the company to LVMH/Sephora.

Aaron is currently launching a new teen beauty brand called indu. He is also an independent Director of Nasdaq listed beauty acquisition company Waldencast, a non-Executive Director of Digital Jersey and an Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women.

He was voted one of the 50 most powerful people in Online Retail for 2014 by Retail Week, IoD Director of the Year for a Large Organisation 2013 and finalist in the UK Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012.

Dan Armsden - Crewdentials

“Streamline credential management with Crewdentials, the innovative software platform launched in Guernsey in 2020 by an experienced team of maritime, legal, and tech specialists. Crewdentials provides a user-friendly solution that simplifies onboarding and compliance for both crew and businesses.”

Louis Pike - Iso-Pass

Louis is the recent Youngpreneur prize winner from the 2022 Guernsey Venture Challenge which saw him winning £5,000 investment towards his on-demand Gym-pass business model. On the night it was suggested that he should look to pivot the idea to more market places and diversify away from just the fitness industry following an aggregator model. This presentation involves Louis’s entrepreneur journey and professional career to date, his experience on the venture capital challenge and the next stage of his journey to re-branding the business and working on a more expansive model to take to market. In addition to his entrepreneur success Louis also works full time as a Senior Associate within PwC’s advisory practice and is studying towards his ACCA qualification.”

Mark Costello - Hubb Insure

Mark Costello started his insurance life as a graduate trainee at RSA before holding senior roles in some of the UK’s largest insurance broking house as well as at some regional brokers. Most of his career has been spent in Sales and marketing leadership roles and in product and distribution design roles. In 2019, frustrated by increasing commissions and reducing service Mark and his co-founders founded hubb. hubb aims to reinvent insurance broking to benefit the customer rather than the broker and is disrupting the global broking market by aligning price with usage through advanced technology, reducing the administrative burden on clients and staff while delivering radical transparency via its ground-breaking open back-office. Through a first-of-its-kind approach that foregrounds AI, automation, and data science, hubb is able to deliver usage-based broking that is 20-30% cheaper than competing incumbents.
